Please complete this form as the organizer for your group. Dimitri will review your request and respond by email, usually within 24 hours, after checking availability. If your date is available, one invoice will be sent to the organizer for the full event amount, and your reservation will be confirmed once payment is received.

Please choose a painting from the Paint Gallery if possible. One person should complete this form and collect payment from the group. Additional guests may be added with notice, but confirmed paid guest counts cannot be reduced after approval except by policy. Severe Arizona weather, including dust storms, monsoon conditions, heavy rain, flooding, or power outages, may require rescheduling for safety.
